Return & exchange terms
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
At Ninehugs, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we have a simple and transparent process to guide you.

As we subsidise the costs of the tracked courier services, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, you may pay for return shipping separately by booking your own courier service with DHL, FedEx, or UPS etc .
Note -Items included in the "Archive Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
We use standard sizes to help you pick your perfect size. However if you still want to exchange the size or swap your product for another product, than you can return or exchange the product.
Note Refunds are not entertained at Nine Hugs.
• We do not entertain refund & cancellation request.
• Under our policy, you may exchange or return your purchased product by writing back to us within 4 days from the date of delivery and
• Ship the product back to us within 7 days from the day return or exchange is expected by our team.
• We can also issue you a credit note incase you want return the product to make completely different purchase, in that case write to us return your outfit within 7 days form the date of delivery, once we receive the product we will issue a credit note which will be valid for 30 days form the date issued. Now you can shop a new style with your credit note.
• Credit note will be issued only once against each order / order number. Note (You can return or exchange 1 or more item purchased only once per order. )
Important Note to keep in mind while exchanging the product.
• All item must have the original tags & should be unused, unwashed & undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
• All item should be free from stain or make up marks. (Note we send all our product after perfect quality check, so our products are 100% unused & stain free.) and should we shipped back to us in original box packaging .
